Ordering Information:

Ordering from Posh In Clover.com is easy. Simply, place the items you want into your cart and follow the promptings. You may purchase your items using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or e-check. You can also send us a personal check. When ordering using a personal check your items will be mailed as soon as your check has cleared our bank. You may send your personal check and your order to Posh In Clover 473 S River Road, #1-192, St. George, Utah 84790. There is a fee of $30 for returned checks.

You can also order by phone or by fax. When ordering by fax please include a full name. address, phone and fax number and your credit card number, the name on the card and the expiration date.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you received your order. Damaged items must be unused and have the protective shrink wrap in tact.

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping:

All of our items are freshly made with our own hands in small batches to ensure quality. Please give us 5-7 days to fill and ship your order.
All items are shipped through a reliable source of our choice such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Rush orders are possible at an additional rate.
Our shipping and handling is a flat rate of $8.00 for ground delivery.
All orders over $75.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING!
*Large orders may vary in shipping weight and are subject to higher rates based on weight.
*Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to add sales tax to all orders shipped to Utah addresses.

Cancellations:

You can cancel you order up until it has been shipped. Please contact us by phone if you need to cancel your order.

Shelf Life:

Because our products are made using natural ingredients, the products average shelf life is 6-8 months. However, because each product has different ingredients the shelf life differs for each one. For example, our Handcrafted Spa Soap has a very long shelf life (it gets harder and better with age). There are ways to increase the shelf life of our other products. We recommend storing all products in their closed container in a cool, dry and dark place. Avoid letting water into a product’s container when using in the shower or tub.

Backorder:

If an item is currently out of stock we will contact you immediately via email.

Animal Testing:

We are very concerned about the rights of animals. We will never test any product on an animal. That’s just barbaric and completely unnecessary. We use ingredients that are known to be safe on humans and we do test all of our products on humans to ensure that they are safe.

Disclaimer:

It is important to understand that all of our products are handcrafted. This means that there will be some unique inconsistencies with the color, shape and the scent level of products from time to time. We strive for consistency and are proud that our products are made by our own hands. It is also important for you to know that subjecting our products to heat and sunlight will change the consistency of our creams and most times destroy the product. Be careful to keep all products in their air-tight containers and in a cool and dry location.

Gift Wrap and Gift Certificates:

We are glad to offer gift wrapping for an additional fee of $6.00. This will include a box, gift wrapping, a bow and a hand written note. Please make note of this request under the comments section when placing your order.
