POLICIES AND PROCEDURES


At Posh In Clover we strive to provide you with not only outstanding products but also outstanding customer service. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any items missing from your order please email us immediately with your order number, the items missing and your phone number so that we may act quickly to resolve any problems. If we have missed an item we will get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible. .

If you do not like a product that you have ordered and have not used it in any way shape or form, that is, if it is still in resalable condition and you wish to return it we are happy to accept it, although, we are not liable for the shipping on any returns. Before you return an item you will need to call or email us and let us know your concerns and why you are shipping it back to us. You have 30 days to return the product to us. Any missing, damaged or incorrect items from orders older than 30 days will be issued an in-store credit. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

 Address Errors : If a package is sent out to an incorrect address that you provided us with, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the re shipping costs.

Cancellation of an Order : We will accept a cancellation within 8 hours of the order being placed. After 8 hours the product is packaged and ready for shipping. If you need to add something to the order you will have to place another order. If it is imperative that a product be added on to the already prepared package then you will be charged an additional fee of $5.95 to cover our packaging costs and time. So - if you need to make a change email us immediately and we will do our best to serve you.
